Firstly, remove the old sticky gel by peeling it off your Love Handle Pad. Then, take the clear plastic liner off your new Love Handle Gel and stick the gel on your Love Handle Pad. Then remove the orange liner to reveal the other sticky side - this side can be placed on your skin.
