Got Questions?
We’ve got answers.

We recommend placing the Love Handles on two general areas:

  • Lower abdomen (and vicinity of your groin).
  • Lower back.

Sticky gels may be reused until the stickiness is lost. We estimate that each set will last you approximately 8-10 uses when used, stored and cared for properly.

The Sticky Gels are made of medical-grade hydrogel. Stick Gels ingredients include:

  • Cross-linked acrylic resin
  • Polyhydric alcohol
  • Electrolytic salt
  • Additives (stabiliser etc.)
  • De-ionised water
  • A little bit of magic (joking!)

Life changing!

I have had endometriosis for 30 years and this is the most effective pain relief I have ever come across. It is better than I could ever have hoped for. Thank you!

Significantly relieves cramps

I've been off birth control for about 5 years now and ever since I've started getting period cramps the first 2-3 days of my cycle (I've always had cramps but they were a lot less severe on the pill). I hate that I have to take so many pain killers every month as I know its probably not great for my body long-term. Even though I have a good idea of when my cycle will start, I don't like to take preventative painkillers for multiple days in a row when I might not need it. Sometimes my cycle will start in the middle of the night and I'll wake up in intense amounts of pain, which if my cramps have gotten that bad will take a couple hours for my painkillers to kick in. I've used this during my current cycle and it significantly improves how intense my cramps are. It feels extremely similar to electro stimulation you often get in a chiropractor's office (not sure if its the same technology or slightly different), where when you dial it up enough you feel a mild tingling on the pads. I know that helps with blood flow too which presumably helps relax the muscles themselves. I've found I still have to take a normal dose of Advil to fully eliminate any cramping feeling but this has significantly cut back how many I need to take (sometimes I'd have to take 4 or 5 at a time to really get relief), and it's definitely stopped my cramps from getting to the level where I'm curled up in blinding pain. I've found I can put it on a higher setting on by back which is mostly where my period pain…

Game changer

I’ve been struggling with period pain for 10 years and nothing has helped, after hospitalisation and a recent endometriosis diagnosis this is genuinely the only thing that has kept me conscious and able to function!
