    Firstly, remove the old sticky gel by peeling it off your Love Handle Pad. Then, take the clear plastic liner off your new Love Handle Gel and stick the gel on your Love Handle Pad. Then remove the orange liner to reveal the other sticky side - this side can be placed on your skin.

    We offer free shipping in the United States. For orders within the United States, please expect to receive Ovira within 2-7 business days with standard shipping and 1-4 business days with express shipping. Please note, we do not offer express shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.

    For orders to Canada, we offer standard shipping at a flat rate of USD$10. Shipping is with FedEx International Economy and takes 2-7 business days from dispatch.
