Helped more than i expected
Most mornings I’d be OK, and after lunch I’d feel puffy and heavy. Everything I wore felt awkward, so I’d end up modifying my outfits. I did what I did usually (more water, peppermint tea, cutting stuff out) and for a day it did help but the bloating would come back. It felt more consistent with Bloat Control. By perhaps week three, I realized I wasn’t having to think about my stomach so much during the day. I’m 47. It isn’t the best, but certainly better than it always has been.

Worth it!!!
I didn’t even remember the scales. It was that bloat that ruined my day. It wasn’t immediate, but in week two or three I saw I wasn’t feeling that tight, uncomfortable feeling so frequently. I’m 50, and this has been creeping up for the last few years, so I wasn’t expecting miracles. It just feels calmer now.

Very happy with it
It made me crazy that it was different. Same food and same routine, but some days I would feel great and some days I’d be bloated again. I even had mirror pics just to be sure I wasn’t overthinking the issue. I’m 44 and the biggest improvement for me is that I have fewer random bloated days these days. My stomach, it feels mostly less heavy and tight for most afternoons. I still get the occasional off day, but it’s less common.

Hi I’ve been taking the bloat control and curb crave since December and I have lost 2 stone, I struggled to lose weight after having a baby but they honestly work, I’ve recommended these products to most of my friends that’s how much I believe they work and the pictures speak for themselves! I do find I can become dehydrated whilst taking them so it might be worth recommending drinking plenty of water whilst taking the tablets. Thankyou so much for creating such an amazing product.
