First month done !
So I started on the 1st of Jan and take two tablets in the morning on a empty stomach- it has completely helped with my bad habit of grazing and snacking through out the day and helped me manage to stay on track for the whole month - I have been calorie counting and fasting ( only eat between 12 and 8pm) and as off today I have lost 9lbs and 1 inch around the waist. So as I have finished my first bottle just ordered some more .
