I‘ve had problems with severe period pain for years... It was a pain that almost made it impossible for me to get through the day. I now still take painkillers especially on the first day, which in my case is always the most painful. But with Ovira I now really don‘t have to worry that much about the pain anymore. It really helps with the pain relief. It‘s now a really supporting part throughout my period!
I have endometriosis and anytime I eat or drink something that causes inflammation, I am in pain. I try my best to avoid it, but I can’t always avoid it. I used this when I was having horrible cramps and within 5 minutes, the pain melted away. I also kept it on all throughout dinner and nobody knew I had it on. I just had jeans and a baggy sweater. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has bad period cramps or endometriosis.
You get 6 sets of sticky gels, which for the price is very reasonable, I personally dont get through one set per period.. so these should last me at least 6 months! :)
